First Camping Trip

This weekend we went camping with my family, it was the first time me and Chad have ever been camping together. It was fun to finally get to use all the camping stuff we got from our wedding. It was also the first time Zayden has ever been camping so it was fun to see him experience it, he loved watching the fire! We went up Friday evening and came home this afternoon. We spent the day yesterday playing games, shooting, and throwing the football. Jake and Tanya couldn't get off work but we got to take Kaiti. I'm glad she came because she had so much fun camping with all of us, she is such a sweetheart. Here are some pictures from our fun filled weekend :)

Easter weekend :)

On Saturday the 7th we had the Whalin reunion at Barney park. It was so fun to get to meet grandma Riggs' side of the family. Everyone was told to bring an item that was under $10, either a baked good, craft, etc. There was a silent auction where everyone could bid on the things people brought. this was to earn money for next years reunion. It was lots of fun watching everyone outbid each other. There was also an egg hunt for all the kids in the grass field. All together it was a pretty good day :)

Easter Sunday we went to Chad's parents for an egg hunt and dinner. In the Riggs family the kids do a hunt and then the adults do their own hunt. It was so fun to take pictures of all of the kids, they were so exited. I love holidays and family time :) Here are some pictures from the kids hunt.
